The house of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, used as a terrorist base, was bombed in an airstrike on Wednesday. IDF troops are operating in the Gaza Strip. Haniyeh, based in Qatar, used his Gaza home for Hamas leadership meetings to plan terror attacks against Israelis. During the fight in the Shati refugee camp, IDF forces found and destroyed a Hamas naval weapons cache. They also attacked terrorists and found explosives, weapons, and intelligence documents. Two IDF officers, Captain Asaf Master and Captain Kfir Itzhak Franco, were announced as fallen in the battle in Gaza. Master was 22 and from Kibbutz Bahan, and Franco was also 22 and from Jerusalem. He is survived by his grandparents, parents, and sisters, and was engaged to be married.
